The Learned claim that time
Is continuous and forever forward
Is Time always moving
Never moving to another path
For either humanity or beast
Does anyone know if Time has changed direction
Veering to one side or the other
When we meditate
And are outside this vortex
Will Time pause momentarily
Only to resume its journey when we awaken
Do you know if Time ever reverses itself
Thereby giving us time
To undo the transgressions we have caused
I wonder
Tick tock, tick tock
